If you are a fan of farm style, whether you know it or not, you are a fan of Rae Dunn. The work of this artist has been on the shelves of many popular retail stores for many years. Her work brings a warmth and simplicity that is synonymous with the modern country house. Her new line for Kirkland, which debuted on August 17, is no different.
The collection consists of 37 individual country-chic accessories. From serving dishes that are large enough to feed the whole family with champagne flutes that are suitable for a party, this new line has everything you need to turn your house into a home.
The collection of Rae Dunn shows perfectly imperfect elements of the aesthetics of the rural kitchen
About the collection and her inspiration behind it, Rae Dunn said the following:
My art is a way for me to embrace the joyful, spontaneous elements of everyday life. I do not strive for perfection in line and form in my work. I love the beauty of things that are imperfect, transient and incomplete, and this collection tells that story through and through. With this collection I have grown into a decor, but the black and white, sleek style is still the focal point.
You can see where some of the “perfectly imperfect” elements of this collection come. It is clear in the oblique, italic print on each piece as well as the seemingly hand-drawn designs. One thing that is far from imperfect about this collection? The price. All items in this collection are less than $ 40.
With such prices, there is no reason not to treat yourself.
